Previously, we encountered some difficulties with our classes due to our teacher falling ill. Promptly, we raised a ticket to address this issue and sought a refund. However, our concerns were efficiently handled by Academic Heads "Neha Sharma" and "Priya Patel". Instead of opting for a refund, they took proactive steps to assign us a new teacher. We were introduced to Ms. Nandini Sharma, a Platinum teacher, whose expertise and dedication have significantly enhanced our learning experience. We extend our gratitude to the team for promptly addressing our concerns and ensuring a smooth transition. Their swift action and commitment to resolving issues exemplify their dedication to providing quality education.

The training was excellent, and the work culture is positive. It's truly fulfilling to engage with students on virtual platforms, teaching them essential skills like public speaking. This job has not only enhanced my confidence but also contributed to my overall growth and skill development. The support team is always prompt in resolving any queries. If teaching is your passion, this platform offers a fantastic opportunity for professional fulfillment and growth.

In my 10 months using this platform, I've had a mixed experience. At first, my laptop didn't work well with it, and the counselors seemed great and educated in persuading me to join. They talked a lot about how important it is for kids to use the platform, though. It was smart to try out some classes before signing up, but you can only do that on their own platform. After I signed up, I had some problems, but the customer service was very helpful. Overall, it's good.

My 7-year-old has been learning at Planetspark under the guidance of Ms. Anaya. We're delighted to see how much our child loves her teacher and her teaching methods, often asking us to continue Ms. Anaya's classes. It's a testament to Ms. Anaya's teaching prowess. We've noticed significant improvements in our child's vocabulary and speaking skills, which we attribute to Ms. Anaya's patience and care in handling a young learner. We had a great experience with PlanetSpark. My 6-year-old daughter, Nusrat, improved her public speaking and writing skills thanks to her supportive and dedicated teacher, Pamela. Pamela ensures Saanvi doesn't miss any classes or workshops and provides individual attention. PlanetSpark also offers beneficial extra workshops. I highly recommend it for parents who want their children to become confident public speakers.

The teaching quality here is commendable, but there have been some hiccups with the administration team. Initially, they made promises during admission that weren't kept; for instance, I paid for 60 classes over 6 months, but after completing only 30 classes, they claimed it was only for 30 sessions. Which was solved after i raised complains and talked to some people. However, despite these administrative challenges, the teaching standards remain consistently high, which is a definite positive aspect of the experience.

I am Ishaan Patra, and I'm really happy with the lessons I'm getting in this course. Since I started, I've gotten a lot better. Now, I can talk confidently, and I make fewer grammar mistakes. I love going to class and I never miss one. Big thanks to my teacher, Ms. Samantha, for putting in so much effort. She makes our classes fun and easy to understand. Because of her, my writing and speaking skills have improved a lot.

I'm in 8th grade and I've done 32 sessions with PlanetSpark. They do pay close attention to details, but there's a downside. If you're not ready for the next part, you have to take extra classes to learn more deeply. I had to do this for Pronunciation, needing 6 extra sessions. It's okay, but it can be a hassle.

I rate PlanetSpark's experience three stars as a teacher. While there were some frustrations, such as not receiving feedback after giving my best in the interview and experiencing unresponsiveness, overall, there is room for improvement to enhance the candidate experience.
